Frequently asked questions

Do you have a waitlist?

We keep a short waitlist. If you would like to enquire about our services, please fill out the intake form and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

What kind of funding can I use for therapy sessions?

We currently support NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants. We are not NDIA registered, therefore do not accept NDIA managed funding.

How long will a therapy session be?

In general occupational therapy sessions will last for 1 hour, with 45 minutes of direct intervention and 15 minutes for discussion, writing up service delivery notes which will be emailed to you, and preparation for the session. Should a longer session be required, we will discuss this with you.

Where can you support me?

We are a mobile based occupational therapy service in Sydney, providing supports in Ryde, Lower North Shore and Inner West regions. A travel fee will be charged in addition to the therapy session for us to come to you (covered by NDIS). More details are provided in our Terms of Service.

We also provide online support and parent coaching sessions depending on your child or young person’s goals.
